Last updated: June 30, 2025
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Rebook ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners and their staff.
2. Description of Service
Rebook is a customer reactivation and review management platform for salons, spas, and similar businesses. The Service sends automated emails to your customers on your behalf to win back lapsed clients and request Google reviews.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your Customer Data
You own the customer data you upload to Rebook. By uploading it, you represent that you have the legal right to contact those customers by email. You agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and CASL) and to only upload email addresses of customers who have an existing business relationship with you.
We process your customer data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell it to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Rebook to:
- Send unsolicited emails to people who are not your existing customers
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account will revert to a free state. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
A 14-day free trial is available. No credit card is required during the trial. Trial accounts are limited to 500 contacts.
7. Intellectual Property
Rebook and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Rebook and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result (such as client rebookings or positive reviews) will be achieved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
