1. Who We Are
Rebook ("we," "us," "our") operates the Rebook platform at werebook.online. We help salons and beauty businesses reactivate lapsed clients and collect Google reviews through automated email campaigns.

2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and billing information when you create an account.
Customer data you upload: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and visit history of your clients. You are the data controller for this information; we process it only on your behalf.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, email open and click events, and other interaction data collected automatically.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Send automated emails to your customers on your behalf
- Send you transactional emails (account updates, billing receipts, product updates)
- Track email performance (opens, clicks, rebookings)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party.
4. How We Share Information
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- OpenAI — AI reply drafting (Growth plan and above only)
- Google — Maps/Places API for review management
- Netlify — hosting and infrastructure
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We may also disclose data when required by law.
5. Your Customers' Privacy
Every automated email we send to your customers on your behalf includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When a customer unsubscribes, they are immediately removed from all future campaigns for your business. We honor unsubscribe requests within 24 hours.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after closure. Customer data you upload is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual customers at any time from the dashboard.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, and HMAC-signed unsubscribe tokens. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and analyze usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at theolaakomolafe@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the dashboard. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
